The national public operator Señal Colombia (formerly RTVC) has chosen the radio planning tool SIRENET as a system for the design and optimization of their radio and television networks in Colombia.

Señal Colombia currently broadcasts public TV channels: Televisión Nacional, Señal Colombia, Señal Institucional and Canal Uno, and provide infrastructure for regional public broadcast channels as well. On the other hand, they also operate emissions from the National Public Radio: Señal Radio Colombia, Señal Radiónica and Señal Memoria.

Furthermore, Señal Colombia is immersed in the process of implementation of Digital Terrestrial Television nationwide, thus requiring having adequate means for radio network planning with the latest technologies.
