We establish long-term contractual relationships with our suppliers under stable approval criteria.

 

Suppliers will be considered approved as long as their score is equal to or higher than 3.

The evaluation is carried out by assessing the following aspects on a scale of 1 to 5:

Technical quality of service
Execution/delivery time
Response to incidents, solutions provided, etc.
