The main end results sought, are the following:

1. Advice on the indicators definition, methodologies and best practices for penetration of digital terrestrial television in the home measuring.

2. Training in technical and regulatory knowledge of DVB-T2 technology and advice on possible future deployment decisions.

3. Training and counseling in knowledge and tools for Digital TV signals in DVB-T monitoring and measuring.
