This understanding\nis part of the initial request ordered by the Secretary of State for Digital\nProgress (SECRETAR\u00cdA DE ESTADO PARA EL AVANCE DIGITAL, SEAD, in Spanish).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The contract period will be 18 months with the\npossibility to extend the agreement to 36 months. APTICA will collaborate with\nSEAD and ISDEFE offering 10 Telecommunication Engineers with great experience\nin the elaboration, validation and correction of technical projects demanded by\nSEAD to proceed with the authorisation of a radio station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within this assistance, over 25,000 new projects of deployments have been foreseen. The main tasks to carry out will be the verification of the submitted documents; the review of technical parameters (both at a radio and geographical level); the analysis of adequacy and compliance with the law of radioelectric emissions in areas where may be accessible to the general public; the creation and records management of the documents coming from the analysis; and the corresponding databases queries and updating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ISDEFE and SEAD will have more agility in the study, validation and, in case it is needed, correction of technical projects of mobile radio stations, which must be presented by electronic communications operators prior to commissioning.
